Second finalist for KODE5 Global Finals has been found. fnatic defeated MYM in the race for the second spot in the final.

mTw defeated SK Gaming in the first semi-final. To determine who would face mTw in the final, second semi-final featured fnatic and MYM.

fnatic made an incredible comeback versus mibr and could advance to the semi-final where MYM waited. fnatic started with great T play on de_train, pocketing 11 rounds. MYM pulled out the CT defense, but it simply wasn't enough to stop fnatic at the time, fnatic got the needed 5 rounds to win the map.

On second map de_inferno fnatic once again started off by playing rock solid as T. MYM had a hard time countering fnatic, which meant fnatic pulled home 12 rounds as T. CT started chaotic for fnatic. They only needed 4 CT rounds on this "CT-dominated" map. MYM did however want it different. An amazing comeback made MYM take the match to the third map, as they took home second half 13:2.

Last map de_nuke fnatic chose to start T, to some a weird selection. fnatic did however know what they were doing. 9 T rounds while MYM got 6 CT rounds and the end of first half. Second half had fnatic written all over it. Starting with the pistrol-round, fnatic took 7 straight rounds and secured the last spot in the grand final.
